Welcome to Parap Primary School! I am proud to lead a vibrant and inclusive learning community where every child is valued and supported to thrive.

I have had a long and diverse career in education, beginning my studies at the Northern Territory University. Since then, I have taught and held leadership roles across a number of schools in the Northern Suburbs and City regions, and served in senior management roles, including Director of School Development in the Department of Education. These experiences have shaped my belief that every child can succeed when supported by strong partnerships between school, families and the wider community.

Since joining Parap in 2023, I have been inspired daily by the enthusiasm of our students, the commitment of our staff and the wonderful sense of community that makes our school so special. At Parap, we are proud of our strong academic results and continuous improvement, but equally proud of the way our children grow as confident, creative and caring individuals.

At Parap, learning goes beyond the classroom. Our Real Life Inquiry (RLI) approach, Eco Warriors, and other community focused programs help students connect their learning to the world around them. Student wellbeing is at the heart of all we do, fostering resilience, curiosity and a sense of belonging.
